Breakfast > or < Dinner?

Breakfast: Refers breaking the fast after a nights sleep. Eating a healthy breakfast every day can help you concentrate better in the mornings as well as help control your weight.


Dinner: Actually used to mean breakfast, or the first meal of the day. Eventually it came to be known as the main meal of the day. Depending on cultures and regions the timing of this still varies.
