Ice Skating > or < Roller Skating?

Ice Skating: The earliest skates known date back to the 9th century found in Sweden and the blades were made of bone.


Roller Skating: The first patented roller skate was invented by a Belgian man in 1760. They wouldn't become popular for over a hundred years.
