Daniel Craig > or < Pierce Brosnan?

Daniel Craig is an English actor, typically taking on roles in action movies. He is most widely known as the sixth actor to portray James Bond in Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace.


Pierce Brosnan is an Irish actor and preceded Daniel Craig in four movies as James Bond. He plays in a variety of other movies but typically takes on action and drama roles.

    This is a hard one! (that's what she said).

    I grew up with Mr. Pierce Brosnan - Goldeneye, Tomorrow Never Dies, The World is Not Enough...

    It's hard to say which was better. Pierce Brosnan was more of a funny-man James Bond whereas Daniel Craig is the dark and tormented soul that is written about in the books. Since Daniel Craig is more along the lines of the book character, I'd have to go with him - plus he's a wicked good fighter.

    Brosnan will always be close behind though.

    Brosnan was only good because of Goldeneye on N64, otherwise his Bond movies were laughable.
