Hot Sauce: Cholula > or < Sriracha?

Cholula hot sauce is named after the 2,500 year old scity of Cholula, Puebla, the oldest still-inhabited city in Mexico.


Sriracha thai hot sauce is named after the coastal city of Si Racha where it was first produced for local restaurant's seafood dishes.
